These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and Blu Diamonds legally known as Happyheap Ventures LLP, governing your purchase and use of our lab-grown diamond products and related services.
Product Information
Blu Diamonds specializes in providing top-tier lab-grown diamond jewellery. Each diamond jewellery undergoes certification from renowned gemological laboratories, such as SGL, ensuring the transparent disclosure of essential details, including carat weight, clarity and color. Additionally, with your purchase, you will receive an official certificate attesting to the authenticity of your diamond jewellery. Our jewellery proudly bears the BIS hallmark. Please be aware that there may be slight variations in the diamond, gold and colour stone weights of the jewellery in comparison with what is mentioned on the website. The final product delivered may exhibit subtle differences from the images displayed on this website. The images are intended for representational purposes only and serve as a visual reference.
Pricing and Payment
All prices on the Blu Diamonds website are listed in your local currency and include applicable taxes. Payment for purchases can be made using accepted credit cards, debit cards, or other secure payment methods. Blu Diamonds reserves the right to modify prices and payment options without prior notice.
Order Processing and Shipping
Upon successful payment, your order processing will begin. Shipping and delivery times mentioned on the website are indicative and may vary based on the shipping destination and other factors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Blu Diamonds is not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or inaccuracies in the provided information.
Returns and Refunds
Blu Diamonds provides a hassle-free 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're dissatisfied or encounter a product defect, you can request a return for a refund or exchange, pending our inspection and quality assessment. The jewellery must remain in its original unused condition with all certificates and documents intact. Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Keep in mind that personalised or customised items may not be eligible for return or refund. Refunds will be credited to your account within 10-15 working days after inspection and confirmation from our end.
Lifetime Exchange and Buy Back
Blu Diamonds offers a lifetime exchange and buy back service at 80% of the prevailing gold and diamond rates as determined by Blu Diamonds. The exchange/buy back value will be calculated (excluding the making charges, colour stone values and taxes) as per the current market value on the day the exchange request is raised.
The product should be accompanied with the original product certificate and copy of the invoice.
Once the returned item is received our quality assurance department will review it.
This is applicable on purchases less than INR 3 Lacs.
Blu Diamonds reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers. In such a situation the customer will be informed of the decision prior to the purchase.
Transaction Limits and Documentation
For transactions involving purchases, payments, or exchanges that exceed the amount of Rs. 2.00 lakhs on a single day, customers are mandated to submit a copy of their PAN Card with self-attestation.
Warranty
Blu Diamonds offers a comprehensive 1 year warranty for its lab-grown diamond jewellery, safeguarding against manufacturing defects. In the event that Blu Diamonds identifies a manufacturing defect as per our evaluation, we will undertake the necessary repairs and promptly return the item to you. This warranty extends its protection to cover damages arising solely from defects in materials and workmanship, excluding any damages resulting from negligence or accidents. Determination of material or workmanship defects will be made at the sole discretion of Blu Diamonds.
Please note that any unauthorised modifications or repairs carried out by third parties will render this warranty null and void.

All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Blu Diamonds brand are owned by Happyheap Ventures LLP & Associates and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
